Well, where do I begin? Perhaps with the three agents the relo company recommended that were not fit to put a sign in the yard? Or should I begin with the great advice you gave for positioning the home just right with respect to pricing and presentation in a market with two and half times the normal inventory for sale? Or maybe it was the excellent marketing campaign and marvelous virtual tour you commissioned that generated steady traffic in a down market? Traffic that continued even with the “Sale Pending” sign up.

Or maybe I should begin with the great advice you gave as we worked through the offer, counter, go away, come back process we went through that resulted in a “yes” between both parties? Oh, I haven’t even mentioned the accessibility; you were always available, easy to get a hold of, all notwithstanding my business travel, your busy schedule and vacation time thrown in for all of us.

But, I should probably simply say we were comfortable with you and your plan to market our home from the very start and that every step along the way you were great. Personal, professional, gracious and wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for such good service. It made a very challenging market seem not so scary. We made a short move from Charlotte NC to Roswell GA and we were on a tight timeframe as we were going through a corporate relocation. I wish we would have found her a few months earlier!
